We have an ongoing training plan which aims to identify employees' weaknesses and set a specific action training plan to be completed during the year. Adam Clark & Martin Clark have recently completed the foundation course in partnership with the FPDC and The CITB Training Skills council and are now reaping the rewards on site. John O'Connell is a registered Assessor to NVQ Level 3 and is at present assessing all workers. John is a member of the FPDC Training Board.
